On this second day of the tour, we'll encounter a bit more of a technical challenge, as we follow the trails up and down through the quiet woods on our way to Vinci. It will be a good opportunity to learn or improve your skills.
Along the way, we'll stop to admire a stunning 300 year-old-oak tree, "Il Leccio," that watches over the valley and the Pisan hills beyond.

Once in Vinci, we'll have lunch at a local restaurant and then have plenty of time to explore this lovely town and fascinating museum dedicated to Leonardo da Vinci"s life's work--with more then 100 models of machines based on his designs.

The afternoon's ride will take us through the countryside around Vinci, past olive groves and vineyards, and then back through the woods to our hotel.
